Light and airy, these doughnuts use yeast as the leavening agent. It produces a dough that is light in texture and chewy, due to the high protein content in bakers flour. Our yeast raised doughnuts are typically glazed and/or filled with seasonal fresh fruit using natural ingredients.
We love to eat cookie dough and it's safe to eat as well. No eggs are included and our flour is cooked in order to pasteurize it. The ultimate sugar hit, cookie dough is fun to eat and very rich. Selection will vary on the day. Served in either a cup or a cone.
